He is a black belt (4th dan in ju-jitsu), a true expert and has many years experience as a world class sports coach and instructor. In his art, Simon distils a passion for aesthetics, maximum power and impact with elegance and poise.

Simon takes a nurturing and fun approach to any learning/teaching situation, whether it is teaching deaf people self-defence, team workshops for clients, or one on one sessions with business owners. Simon believes in nurturing the individual and inspiring them to make internal changes and grow to their fullest potential.

Relentless, highly organised, bold, pleasantly bossy and with a great sense of humour, Sarah is one of those people who gets things done - and done well. Sarah works to high standards and brings passion into anything she gets involved with. She is results driven and will always see things through. Sarah is responsible for business development, so she is your first point of contact as we like to build strong business relationships with our clients.
